Tracy Villaume Joins WRVE Albany For Mornings
iHeartMedia Hot AC “99.5 The River” WRVE Schnectady/Albany NY has appointed Tracy Villaume as its new morning co-host.
Villaume, who previously served as a news anchor and reporter for sister News/Talk 810 WGY/103.1 WGY-FM, will accompany Kevin Rush starting Monday, March 5. She replaces Shanna who moved to Country “FM 106.1” WMIL-FM Milwaukee last week as APD/Afternoon host under the name Quinn.
Villaume also has worked as a reporter for WTEN-TV Albany and as an event planner for the National Association of Broadcasters and NBC Universal.
99.5 The River, Today’s Variety for Albany, announced today that Tracy Villaume will join its morning show, effective March 5. “Kevin & Tracy in the Morning” will broadcast weekdays 5:30 – 10 AM. She replaces Shanna, who moves to iHeartMedia Milwaukee’s FM106.1, Milwaukee’s Best Country!
“Kevin & Tracy in the Morning” will feature Kevin Rush and Villaume and broadcast a variety of today’s top artists like Ed Sheeran, P!NK, Bon Jovi and more. Additionally, content will include the Celebrity Birthday and Secret Sound Games, and local news, weather and traffic.

Kevin and Tracy will pick up where Kevin and Shanna left off and continue to wake up the Capital Region with a lot of fun each morning.”
Prior to joining 99.5 The River, Villaume served as news anchor and reporter for iHeartMedia Albany’s News Radio 810 & 103.1 WGY, The Capital Region’s Breaking News, Traffic & Weather Station. She also served as a news reporter for local TV station WTEN. Villaume previously worked event management where she planned high profile events for organizations such as the National Association of Broadcasters and NBC Universal. She is a graduate of American University.
