Former iHeartMedia Tampa SVP/Programming Travis Daily has joined Beasley Media Group as Operations Manager for its Tampa cluster and Program Director of Country 99.5 WQYK.

Daily spent 17 years at Clear Channel/iHeartMedia spending five as OM/PD/Morning Host at “Y96.9” KCCY Pueblo/Colorado Springs before heading to Tampa in 2005 to launch “US 103.5” WFUS. In 2016 he was promoted to Senior VP/Programming overseeing the company’s Sarasota and Tampa clusters until his exit in October 2017.

At WQYK, Daily fills the opening created by Tee Gentry’s return to Beasley’s Augusta GA cluster in December 2017.

Beasley Media Group, LLC; a subsidiary of Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBGI) announces Travis Daily has been named as the new cluster Operations Manager and Program Director of WQYK 99.5FM in Tampa. He will officially begin his new position on Friday, April 20, 2018.

Daily spent the past 17 years at iHeartMedia, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Programming of the company’s Tampa and Sarasota radio clusters. Prior to that, he worked as the Morning Drive Host and Operations Manager for Clear Channel Southern Colorado (including Colorado Springs and Pueblo) and was the Program Director and Morning Drive on Country KCCY. Before joining Clear Channel KCCY, the radio veteran served as the Program Director/Operations Manager for Walton Stations’ Country KKCS-FM.
