Jeff Andrulonis’ Colonial Media + Entertainment has sold its three stations and two translators in Olean NY to Richard Freeman’s On Air Inc. for $615,600.
Freeman, a Scranton PA based ad buyer, will acquire Classic Country “Eagle Country Throwbacks” 96.7 WVTT Portville, Country “Eagle 99.1/103.9” WAGL Eldred PA and 99.1 W256BS Olean, and Classic Rock “106.3 The Mountain” 106.3 WXMT Smethport PA/98.7 W254BQ Olean. The payment will be made through the purchase of 3,770,667 crypto currency tokens from Ideum Corporation worth a minimum of 15 cents each.
Freeman will begin operating the stations via Time Brokerage Agreement on May 1.
