After departing his position as Program Director at Urban One CHR “Radio Now 100.9” WNOW-FM Speedway/Indianapolis IN last month, Brandon ‘Buster’ Satterfield is joining iHeartMedia CHR 93.3 WFLZ Tampa as Assistant Program Director.
Satterfield will report to Senior VP/Programming and WFLZ PD Tommy Chuck and will be responsible for the station’s music and programming content. Satterfield has programmed WNOW-FM since November 2015 and has previously held programming positions at “Wired 96.5” WRDW-FM Philadelphia and worked on-air at “92.3 Now” WNOW-FM New York and “Channel 95.5” WKQI Detroit.
iHeartMedia Tampa Bay announced today that Brandon “Buster” Satterfield has been named Assistant Program Director for 93.3 FLZ, Tampa Bay’s #1 Hit Music Channel, effective immediately. iHeartMedia Tampa Bay has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than 10 stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. As Assistant Program Director for 93.3 FLZ, Buster will be responsible for the station’s music and programming content, as well its personalities and digital extensions. He will report to Tommy Chuck, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Tampa Bay and Program Director for 93.3 FLZ.

Buster has served as Program Director of WNOU-FM Indianapolis since November, 2015. His previous experience includes various on-air roles in Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, Detroit, MI and Fresno, CA. He also served as a Regional Promotions Director for Atlantic Records.
