Former “98 PXY” 97.9 WPXY Rochester Music Director/morning co-host Megan Carter has joined iHeartMedia’s “Kiss 106.7” WKGS for afternoons.
Carter spent a decade at WPXY before exiting in April. She gradually rose from nights to afternoons to mornings and adding the MD duties in 2011. With Carter’s addition to WKGS, On Air with Ryan Seacrest moves to middays and Brooksie will focus exclusively on afternoons at Hot AC “Mix 100.5” WDVI.
Longtime Denver radio fixture Brian ‘Wingnut’ DeGrasse has exited his position as Director of Marketing for Max Media. DeGrasse joined Max Media in 2009 after a decade in various positions at Clear Channel Denver including Promotions Director and on-air at Rock 106.7 KBPI. Cumulus Media CHR “Hot 93.3” KLIF-FM Haltom City/Dallas is adding YEA Networks’ syndicated Tino Cochino Radio for afternoons replacing Program Director Dustin Kross.

Tino Cochino Radio will air on HOT 93.3 weekday afternoons and debuts on Monday, October 29th from 3pm-7pm.

Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Tino Cochino broke into radio at the age of 13 as an intern. At age 16, he was given his first full-time on-air shift and worked his way to the #1 night show in his hometown. Nearing his 21st birthday, Tino took his show to San Antonio, TX, building a buzz that took him to Bakersfield, CA, and finally, to Power 98.3/KKFR-FM in Phoenix, AZ, where he now hosts Tino Cochino Radio weekday mornings from 6:00am-10:00am. Tino also has produced television content for CW.
