After moving the format of AC “95.7 More-FM” KKSR Walla Walla WA back to 960 KALE/106.1 K291BS Richland in July, Stephens Media Group has now blown up the brand to make it “Santa 106.1” with Christmas Music.
“Santa 106.1” misses being the first All-Christmas station for the season by two days as Townsquare Media’s “100.5 The River” WTRV Grand Rapids MI beat them to the punch, however it does become the first station to go onto our annual Post-Christmas Format Change Watchlist.
KALE is still airing the syndicated Brooke & Jubal morning show around the holiday hits.
