Cumulus Media has debuted its new format on 106.7 KKND Port Sulphur/New Orleans LA.
KKND has flipped to Classic Hits using the expected “106.7 The Krewe” identity. The move completes the restructuring of Cumulus’ New Orleans cluster following the move of Urban AC KMEZ from 106.7 back to 102.9.
The station will be anchored by former Entercom News/Talk 870 WWL/105.3 WWL-FM afternoon host John ‘Spud’ McConnell. McConnell, also an accomplished actor with dozens of film and television credits, will host mornings from 6-10am starting January 14.
