After 39 years hosting mornings in Hartford, Gary Craig announced on-air this morning that he will step down from his “Craig & Company” show at Entercom Hot AC “96.5 TIC-FM” WTIC-FM Hartford CT sometime in June.
Craig hosted mornings at WTIC-FM from 1981 through 1992 and then returned in 1996. In between he hosted at “Kiss 95.7” WKSS. His show was briefly syndicated to Boston in the mid 90s. The 68 year-old Craig claimed on the show that he made the decision when he walked in the door this morning believing that he’d done all he could do.
