Channel Q Expands To Six More Markets

Channel Q Out Now Sunny 103.1 KEZN Palm SpringsEntercom has announced the expansion of its LGBTQ Talk/Dance “Channel Q” format to six additional markets.

Channel Q has launched on 103.3 WODS-HD2 Boston, 96.3 WBBM-HD2 Chicago, and 92.3 WNYL-HD3 New York and will launch on 93.7 WZMX-HD2 Hartford, 96.5 WPOW-HD3 Miami, and 105.1 KRSK-HD2 Portland in the coming weeks. The expansion brings the format to fourteen markets, in Palm Springs and Seattle it is heard on analog signals, the rest it is featured on an HD Radio digital subchannel.

In Boston, the launch of Channel Q brings about the end of Oldies “Oldies 103.3” on WODS-HD3, while Soft AC “The Cove” moves from HD2 to HD3. In Chicago, “B96 Dance” relocates to 105.9 WCFS-HD2 and is rebranded “Energy” as it replaces Hot AC “Fresh 105.9 HD2“.

Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., announced today the expansion of LGBTQ+ Talk Radio Network “CHANNEL Q” to Boston, Chicago, Hartford, Miami, New York, and Portland. “CHANNEL Q” is the premiere LGBTQ+ Talk Radio Network dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. The network brings the latest in LGBTQ+ news and information, pop culture and new music to listeners on air in 14 markets and via the RADIO.COM app nationwide.
