Entercom will acquire 104.3 W282AP Bloomsburg PA from Joe Reilly’s Columbia FM for $55,000. The acquisition will help the company fill the coverage hole in coverage for Country “Froggy 101” WGGY created by the CBS Radio merger required spin-off of 95.9 WGGI Benton in 2017.
San Juan College purchases 103.3 K277CR Durango CO from Peter Tran for $35,000. The translator already rebroadcasts the buyer’s Classical/Jazz 90.9 KSJE Farmington NM.

Ferris Waller’s Walco Enterprises will purchase Urban/Gospel 1330 WWAB Lakeland FL from WWAB Radio for $135,000. Waller owns Classic Country “Boss Hogg Radio” 1360 WHNR Cypress Gardens.
Educational Media Foundation will swap 88.1 KAIX Cheyenne WY to Cedar Cove Broadcasting for 89.7 KAZK Catalina/Tucson AZ and 104.1 K281DD Cheyenne. EMF will also cancel the promissory note on Cedar Cove subsidiary Kauna Towers owes.
Rowan College at Burlington County sells Silent 88.9 WBZC Pemberton NJ to Four Rivers Community Broadcasting for $75,000. WBZC will join the buyer’s Christian AC “Word-FM” network that serves Eastern Pennsylvania.
Eric and Tiffany Miller’s Radio Sound Company acquires Oldies 1420 WRSA and the CP for 100.3 W262DH St. Albans VT from Steve Silberberg’s Radio Broadcasting Services for $150,000.
Gerald Benavides’ Claro Communications sells Oldies 1500 KBRN Boerne and 103.9 K280GR San Antonio TX to Bonnie Chambers for $150,000 (with $50,000 earmarked to Benavides directly for the translator).
