After fourteen years in middays at Entercom Alternative 106.7 KROQ Pasadena/Los Angeles, Kat Corbett is moving to a weekend/fill-in role at the station.
Corbett joined KROQ as a part-timer in 1999 and moved to middays in 2005. She previously worked at 101.7 WFNX Boston and “Y107” KLYY Los Angeles before joining KROQ. In a social media post announcing her departure from the 10am-1pm daypart she currently holds, Corbett says she will to program and host KROQ’s “Locals Only” show on Sundays from 10pm-12am and fill-in when needed. She intends to “pursue other passions” including writing and voiceover work.
