Mapleton Communications is selling three of its four stations in Chico CA to Bustos Media for $400,000. Bustos will acquire Rock “93.9 The Hippo” KFMF Chico, Classic Hits 96.7 KZAP Paradise, and CHR “107.5 Now” KQPT Colusa/107.9 K300AD Chico. Not included in the deal is Country “95.7 The Wolf” KALF Red Bluff.
Vanguard Media is converting its Time Brokerage Agreement to operate BB Broadcasting’s CHR “Z106.3” KDLW Los Lunas/Albuquerque NM into an $850,000 purchase. Vanguard has operated KDLW since the moment BB Broadcasting acquired the station for $750,000 as part of American General Media’s divestitures following their purchase of Univision Albuquerque in 2017. Vanguard Media owns AC “Cindy 101.3” KRKE-FM and Smooth Jazz “103.7 The Oasis” 1510 KOAZ/103.7 K279BP in the Albuquerque market.
My Bridge purchases 90.1 KZLW Gretna NE from Calvary Chapel of Omaha for $135,000. KZLW will join they buyer’s regional Christian AC network.

Centro Cristiano de Vida Eterna acquires 88.5 KPMB Plainview TX, 91.3 KVFM Beeville TX, and fourteen translators from Paulino Bernal Evangelism for $700,000. All of the stations will rebroadcast Centro Cristiano de Vida Eterna’s Spanish Christian “Radio Vida” 89.9 KQVI-FM Cedar Lake TX. The translators included in the deal are: 88.1 K201EP Hereford TX, 88.1 K201FA Freeport TX, 89.3 K207CM Red Bluff CA, 89.5 K208DK El Campo TX, 89.7 K209DB Edna TX, 89.7 K209DN McFarland CA, 90.1 K211DR Victoria TX, 90.3 K212FE Bay City TX, 90.5 K213CS Mineral Wells TX, 91.1 K216EI Louise TX, 91.3 K217DA Ridgecrest CA, 91.5 K218CO San Marcos TX, 91.9 K220GR Los Banos CA, and 91.9 K220HF Port Lavaca TX.
