FCC Actions
The FCC has reinstated 38 vacant allocations to the FM Table of Allotments. These allocations were previously associated with either a deleted or unbuilt facility. They will be made available in yet-to-be announced auction.

Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls’ 90.5 WSMA Scituate MA has been issued a Notice of Violation for having a spurious emission on 189.5 MHz causing harmful interference to pilots on approach to the Plymouth Airport.
Edgewater Broadcasting’s 102.1 K271BV Santa Maria CA was issued a Notice of Violation for operating 11.3 miles from its licensed facilities.
Deletions
After admitting it has not operated for five years, Glen Mills Schools has turned in the license for 97.3 WZZE Glen Mills PA.
Vermont Public Radio has surrendered the license for one of its two stations in Middlebury VT. After first swapping call letters of 89.1 WOXM to WVXM and 90.1 WVXM to WOXM, the 89.1 WVXM facility has been deleted after running via STA since September 2016 due to interference it was causing to “secure communications receivers” at its licensed transmitter site.
Canton Seventh-Day Adventist Church’s CP for 93.9 WLSQ Greenup IL and Campo Elias Munera’s CP for 100.5 KBAE Estelline TX expired unbuilt.
Westburg Broadcasting Montgomery turned in the license for 99.3 W257DL Alexander City AL after a Request For Cancellation by Alexander Broadcasting Company alleging that the translator had not been operating under licensed parameters for over one year and that the station’s licensed tower site did not exist.
