AJG Corporation will purchase Tschudy Broadcasting Corp’s Classic Country simulcast 750 WPDX (and CP for 95.5 W238DF) and 104.9 WPDX-FM Clarksburg WV for $415,000. AJG, which has a cluster in the adjacent Morgantown market, will begin operating the stations via LMA on December 1.
Ronald and Christopher Crumbliss’ CC Broadcasting acquires J-Systems Franchising Corp’s Standards 1410 WLSH Lansford and Classic Hits “Magic 105.5” WMGH Tamaqua PA for $175,000. The buyers also own Oldies/Polka “Sunny 1100” WGPA Bethlehem PA.
Community Broadcasters sells its Ogdensburg NY cluster of “ESPN 1400” WSLB, News/Talk 92.7 WQTK, and Country “95.3 The Wolf” WLFK to Bruce Sermonis II’s Score Advertising for $350,000. Sermonis previously served as Sales Manager for Community’s Elmira NY cluster until their sale to Seven Mountains Media earlier this year.
Jeff Androlonis’ Colonial Radio Group sells Classic Rock “106.3 The Mountain” WXMT Smethport PA to Bob Lowe’s Twilight Broadcasting for $90,000.
Mount Wilson FM Broadcasters donates 630 KIDD/106.7 K294CA and 1240 KNRY/95.9 K240EV Monterey CA to The Balanced Radio Foundation.

River Radio Ministries files its acquisition of Lancaster Educational Broadcasting Foundation’s 90.9 WFCO Lancaster OH with a $235,000 purchase price. River Radio Ministries began operating the station at the start of the month.
David Smith sells Conservative Talk/Oldies 97.7 WCHY Cheboygan MI to Victoria Bishop’s Michigan Broadcasters for $75,000. An LMA began on September 30.
Todd Mohr’s Mitten Media sells Classic Rock “Eagle 101.5” WMTE-FM Manistee MI to 45 North Media for $50,000 minus a credit for $18,000 in LMA fees paid since taking over the station in November 2018.
Russel Leonard sells “Cat Country 1110” WSLV/105.1 W286DF Ardmore TN to Michael Brandt’s Southern Broadcasting Corporation for $210,000.
The Opp Broadcasting Company sells Classic Country 102.3 WAMI-FM Opp AL to Robert Boothe and Christopher Harper’s Covington Media for $220,000. Boothe serves as GM of Silent 880 WAMI Opp. The company began operating the station via LMA on October 18.
Ed & Marie Smith’s Joy Christian Communications buys the former Conservative Talk 1360 KELE Mountain Grove, Country “92.5 The Grove” KELE-FM Mountain Grove and Rock 98.1 KOZX Cabool MO from Ozark Media for $170,000. The stations had gone Silent in October 2018 and resumed operations just prior to their licenses would have expired under a Time Brokerage Agreement. JCC is running the three stations as non-commercial outlets with 1360 KELE featuring Christian Preaching, 92.5 KELE-FM “CCM Treasures”, and KOZX Southern Gospel.
