As Connoisseur Media AC 97.5 WALK-FM Patchogue NY made the move to Christmas music on Friday, it did so without morning host Mark Daniels.
Daniels had been with WALK-FM since 1985 after previously working in Upstate New York and Florida. He moved to mornings a few years later and had been there ever since.
Since October 2016, Daniels had been teamed with Jamie Morris. Morris joined WALK-FM after previously serving as a traffic reporter and fill-in host for iHeartMedia New York. She remains in mornings solo as of now with Newsday reporting that a new morning show will debut in January.
