The KDWB to KHKS connector continues at iHeartMedia.
Colt Parkey announced that he will be leaving nights at 101.3 KDWB Minneapolis to take the evening slot at “106.1 Kiss-FM” KHKS Dallas later this month. Parkey has been tracking nights at KHKS since last summer’s exit of Cruz after nine years with the station.
Parkey joined KDWB in April 2018 from afternoons at iHeart’s “97.9 Kiss-FM” WKSL to fill the opening created by Raven Brinson’s move from KDWB to middays at KHKS. He has also hosted nights at WJZQ Traverse City, WKSZ Appleton, WIXX Green Bay, and WJHM Orlando and afternoons at WKTI Milwaukee during his career.
Let’s see here –
Raven from KDWB to KHKS.
Colt from KDWB to KHKS.
Scotty Davis, if memory serves, went KDWB to KHKS and then back to KDWB?
Who am I missing?
JJ Kincaid worked at both, as well, but I don’t think they were back-to-back. Could be wrong about that one.
