Entercom Hot AC “Mix 96.5” KHMX Houston has announced the upcoming arrival on January 13 of Jessie Watt to their “Morning Mix” alongside Sarah Pepper and Geoff Sheen.
Watt joins KHMX from sister Country 99.5 WYCD Detroit where she most recently served as producer for their “Chuck, Rachael and Grunwald in the Morning”. She began her career in 2017 as a promotions coordinator and also served as a board op during her time with WYCD.
Watt takes the third host slot most recently held by Lauren Kelly. Kelly exited in December to join KPRC-TV Houston as a reporter. She previously hosted afternoons and middays at KHMX prior to moving to mornings in 2017.
