CLI Radio will debut Adult R&B “Power 107.1” 1180 WLTT Carolina Beach/107.1 W296DP Wilmington NC on Monday, February 3.
The new format replaces the current mix of Christian Talk and Spanish language programming on WLTT, coinciding with the launch of the translator. Programming on WLTT will include the syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show, Omega Jones in middays, and General Manager Doug Williams in afternoons. The announcement of the new format was made this morning on WECT-TV.
The Wilmington market has not had an Adult R&B formatted station in many years, with the audience split between Sunrise Broadcasting Rhythmic Oldies “Jammin 99.9” WKXB and Cumulus Media Hip-Hop “Coast 97.3” WMNX.
