Following on the heels of co-owned 92.1 KROI Houston adding the show earlier this month, Radio One CHR “Radio Now 100.9” WNOW-FM Speedway/Indianapolis IN will add the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show starting Monday, March 23.
WNOW-FM becomes the 69th affiliate for the Kraddick show. Like in Houston, it fills the opening created by the company parting ways with the Indianapolis based “Joe & McKinzie” show last month.
Beginning Monday, March 23, 2020, YEA Networks’ syndicated radio program, The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show will be heard in Indianapolis, IN, on Radio One’s WNOW RadioNOW 100.9. One of the most listened-to morning shows in the country, The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show features co-hosts Kellie Rasberry, J-Si Chavez, and Big Al Mack, along with recently announced correspondent Jenna Owens. WNOW RadioNOW 100.9 becomes the show’s 69th affiliate in the U.S.
Dustin Kross, Top 40 Format Director, Radio One, said: “I am very excited to bring The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show to Indy! They’re a top-notch morning show, with great content and developed personalities, that will fit in perfectly in Indianapolis”
Deon Levingston, Regional Vice President, Radio One, added: “We are very excited to have Indy join the KiddNation. The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show is a perfect addition to RadioNOW 100.9 and we are looking forward to welcoming the team to Indy.”
The announcement comes just a few weeks after Radio One added the YEA Networks show on its other Top 40 station, KROI-FM in Houston, TX.
These press releases are so stupid…
This programming change has EVERYTHING to do with a failing radio station saving money. Period. I love how the press release fails to even mention why the show is called the “Kidd Kraddick Morning Show.”
I guess 100.9 wants to become every bit as non-relevant of a station as the old Energy 93.9!
Kellie Rasberry still owes all sexual assault victims an on-air apology, by the way. She is a piece of trash.
What a pile of horse manure Indianapolis radio is becoming…
First, iHeart ruins 103.3. Then, Cumulus ruins Mix 107.9. Now, 100.9 has assured itself of sub 2-share ratings for years to come.
