Cumulus Media Hot AC “107.9 The Mix” WNTR Indianapolis has ended its over a month long Christmas Music stunt with a shift to a more AC presentation.

Now positioning as “The 80s To Now”, the move places WNTR closer to Emmis AC “B105.7” WYXB. WNTR began stunting with Christmas Music on April 10 at which point it dropped the syndicated “Bert Show”.

Christmas is over, the decorations have been put away and Indy’s favorite music mix is back on 107.9 The Mix/WNTR-FM – and now with more favorites from the ‘80s to Now! Following a month of 24/7 Christmas music, The Mix turns up its playlist starting today, featuring big hits from artists like Madonna, Kelly Clarkson, Prince, Pink and Maroon 5. The Mix also rolls out a new on-air lineup – including Indy favorite Nikki Reed in PM Drive. The Mix hits all the right notes for the still “young at heart” audience looking for a radio station to listen to at work that doesn’t put them to sleep. Turn it up!
