Cumulus Classic Rock “101 The Fox” 101.1 KCFX Harrisonville/Kansas City has announced the appointment of Dave Hill as Program Director.

Hill most recently served as SVP/Programming for iHeartMedia Indianapolis from March through November 2019. He previously has programmed “103.5/103.9 The Edge” WQBK/WQBJ Albany NY, “98Rock” WIYY Baltimore, “Radio 104.1” WMRQ Hartford, “Big 105.9” WBGG Miami and was SVP/Programming for iHeartMedia Portland.

Hill succeeds Dan McClintock, who exited in May after seven years leading KCFX.

CUMULUS MEDIA announces that it has appointed Dave Hill as Program Director for Kansas City’s Classic Rock radio station 101 The Fox/KCFX-FM. Hill brings 20 years of radio programming experience to Cumulus Kansas City, and joins the company from iHeartMedia, where he was Senior Vice President, Programming, for iHeart’s four stations in Indianapolis, IN. Prior to that, Hill was Program Director for Classic Rock station WBGG in Miami, FL, and was Senior Vice President, Programming, for iHeartMedia’s nine stations in Portland, OR.
