Scottie Rice’s RCA Broadcasting sells 92.3 KCUL Marshall TX to Charles Neupert Jr. and Mark Pizzolato’s 92.3 The Depot LLC for $125,000. Rice had purchased KCUL in June 2019 for $15,000. While Neupert is an attorney, Pizzolato is a longtime broadcaster currently anchoring afternoons at regional NPR affiliate “Red River Radio“.
