The price will drop to $9.5 million if closing takes place on or before January 6, 2021. The buyers are part of the group that has been LMAing KZMP-FM since 2009 and own simulcaster 1110 KVTT Mineral Wells/95.5 K238CC Decatur through Decatur Media Land LLC.

SGMK Communications Partners sells 1040 KCBR Monument/95.7 K239CH Colorado Springs CO to Florian DeCastro and Lynda Cink’s Power 95.7 LLC for $185,000. The group will also acquire 98.5 K253AH Colorado Springs from United States CP for $65,000. The stations quietly flipped from its mix of Comedy and Classic Hits back to Classic Hip Hop “Blazin 98.5” in late August.

Cantico Nuevo Ministry sells 1440 WLIM Medford NY to Michael Celenza’s Commercial Assets Inc. for $20,000. Celenza already operates WLIM to feed 93.3 W227CL Port Jefferson as Soft AC “93.3 The Breeze“. The AM will also originate programming for CNM’s 106.9 W295CK Medford through August 2021 when it can legally change originating stations.

Clark Smidt will purchase the license for Silent 1220 WATX Hamden CT from Quinnipiac University for up to $3000 in legal expenses connected with the transfer. No equipment is included in the deal.

Todd Fowler, Brian Lilly and Kevin Lilly’s Skyline Media Holdings agrees to acquire Country 1250 WBRM/103.9 W280FP Marion NC from WBRM Inc. for $125,000. The deal includes a $1000 per month lease of the station’s studios from the seller for five years with the option to purchase at any time during the term for $150,000.

Moody Bible Institute sells 1470 WGNR and its CP for 101.3 W267CV Anderson IN to Sharanjit Kaur and Sukhdev Singh Dhillon’s Radio Punjab AM 1470 LLC for $129,000. Dhillon is a partner in the “Radio Punjab” network and some of its affiliates including WTZA Atlanta, KTXV Dallas and KKDZ Seattle.

Three Angels Corporation sells Christian 97.9 WGOD-FM Charlotte Amalie VI to the North Caribbean Conference of SDA Broadcasting Corporation for $237,989.29. A previous $950,000 sale to a different group also led by Desmond James in August 2019 failed to close.

Mentor Partners purchases 99.1 W256CC Big Rapids MI from Edgewater Broadcasting for $38,642. The bulk of the purchase price is being paid in credits from its lease payments for the translator. W256CC operates as Classic Rock “Rewind 99.1” rebroadcasting 100.9 WWBR-HD2.

Spirit Media sells 94.3 K232EN Cortez CO and 97.7 K249EM Window Rock AZ to Thomas Troland’s Mountain Radio for $3000.
