Educational Media Foundation and Fusion Radio LLC have agreed to swap signals in Madison WI and Toledo OH.
Fusion Radio LLC, led by JamTraxx Media CEO Rob Austin, will acquire 1520 WPAY Rossford and translators 92.1 W221BG Toledo and 103.3 W277BI Toledo. Those stations were most recently carrying EMF’s now-defunct “K-Love Classics” network.
In exchange, EMF will receive 103.3 W277AE Madison WI. EMF currently does not operate in Madison.
No money will exchange hands in the deal, which was brokered for Fusion Radio by Kozacko Media Services.
