The buyer is a subsidiary of St. Barnabas Charities which operates a chain of nursing homes and assisted living centers in the Pittsburgh region.
The Bridge of Hope, operator of Christian AC “The Bridge” 88.7 WKNZ Harrington DE/92.5 WNKZ Pocomoke City MD, is expanding into southern New Jersey with the purchase of 105.5 WAIV Cape May Court House for $65,000. WAIV currently simulcasts CHR 95.1 WAYV Atlantic City.
Upon closing on their $10 purchase of 1360 WHGM Havre de Grace MD and its two translators, Colonial Radio Group of Maryland sells WHGM, 100.5 W263CQ Chesapeake City, and 107.5 W298CG Bel Air MD to Steve Clendenin’s Maryland Media One for $350,000. Clendenin has operated WHGM via LMA since 2018 as Oldies “WHGM Gold“.
West Virginia Radio Corporation acquires News/Talk 1010 WCST/93.5 W228DU and Country 92.9 WXDC Berkeley Springs WV from Metro Radio Inc. for $365,000. West Virginia Radio Corporation has been operating the stations via Time Brokerage Agreement since April 2019.
