Best Media will transfer 95.1 W236CT Edison NJ to SRN Communications as part of a deal that will see SRN surrender the license for Oldies 107.9 WOLD-LP Woodbridge.
In exchange for the license surrender, SRN will receive W236CT and $50,000. W236CT currently simulcasts WOLD-LP’s programming via the commercial 103.3 WPRB-HD3 Princeton. The surrender of WOLD-LP will enable Best Media to continue to hop what is now 107.9 W300CZ Ewansville NJ into New York City with a potential destination of One World Trade Center. WOLD-LP and the unbuilt translator CP on 107.9 for the now-deleted 1530 WJDM Elizabeth NJ were preventing the translator to make its final hops into New York.
After selling 1470 WWBG Greensboro NC last week, TBLC Media sells two more North Carolina AMs as Spanish Tropical “Mega 1310” WTIK Durham and Regional Mexican “Poder 1410” WRJD Durham go to Truth Broadcasting Corporation for $200,000. Truth already owns 1030 WDRU Creedmoor and 1090 WTSB Selma in the Raleigh/Durham market.
Charles Hall sells Alternative “X106.9” KMZK Clifton/Grand Junction CO to Larry Grant and Kasisi Harris’ Get Smashed Radio Broadcasting Network LLC for $225,000. The buyers operate a Washington based webcaster.
St. Paul Bible College sells Jazz “K-Jazz” 90.7 KJZK Kingman, 89.5 KJZA Drake, 90.1 KJZP Prescott and 91.3 K217EP Flagstaff AZ to En Familia Inc. for $325,000. The buyer owns Spanish Catholic 740 KIDR Phoenix.
City United Church sells Silent 1000 WCMX Leominster MA to Horizon Christian Fellowship for $12,000. Horizon Christian Fellowship owns the “Renew-FM” network with nine stations and four translators in New England.
St. Paul’s School’s donates Silent 90.5 WSPS Concord NH to New Hampshire Public Radio.

Colonial Radio Group purchases 102.3 W272DD Fayetteville NC from Educational Media Foundation for $50,000. The translator will rebroadcast one of they buyer’s two AMs in the market.
Mountain Community Translators sells 106.7 K294CW Phoenix to KASA Radio Hogar for $80,000. The translator already rebroadcasts the buyer’s Regional Mexican “La Indiscreta” 1540 KASA Phoenix.
Missouri River Christian Broadcasting sells 104.9 K285FC Jefferson City MO to Lake Area Educational Broadcasting Foundation for $55,000. The buyer will rebroadcast their Christian AC “Spirit-FM” network based at 91.7 KCVO-FM Camdenton.
