Cumulus Media has flipped Conservative Talk “Supertalk 1570” WWCK Flint MI to Classic Hits “K107.3” coinciding with the launch of translator W297CG Flint.
The launch fills a hole in the market that had existed since Cumulus flipped 96.1 WHNN Saginaw (which also serves the Flint market) from Classic Hits to AC in January 2016. WWCK will slot between Townsquare Media’s second ranked AC “Cars 108” WCRZ and Krol Communications’ third place Classic Rock “Fox 103.9” WRSR to potentially protect Cumulus’ market leading Adult R&B “Z92.7” WDZZ and fourth ranked CHR “CK 105.5” WWCK-FM.
