Crista acquired KFMK from Clear Channel’s Aloha Stations Trust in June for $6.25 Million. Prior to the sale, Clear Channel swapped the programming of Rhythmic CHR “105.9 The Beat” and what was then “102.3 The River” in order to keep the Beat format on the stronger signal that was remaining in its portfolio.
