iHeartMedia CHR 102.7 KIIS-FM Los Angeles has promoted morning co-host/music coordinator Sisanie Villaclara to Music Director.
She will continue to co-host “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” in mornings on KIIS-FM as she has since December 2015. She has spent her entire career at iHeartMedia starting as an intern in 2004 and worked part-time at the company’s San Diego cluster while in college. Upon graduation she joined KIIS-FM as midday host in 2007 and would also host middays at “Channel 93.3” KHTS-FM San Diego from 2008 to 2015 and was a national CHR overnight host from 2009 until joining the morning show.
Sisanie takes the MD duties that had been held by Beata Murphy until her promotion to Program Director of KIIS-FM last December.
iHeartMedia Los Angeles’ KIIS FM, Los Angeles’ #1 Hit Music Station, announced today that Sisanie, the co-host of the station’s top-rated morning show “On Air with Ryan Seacrest,” has been named Music Director, effective immediately. iHeartMedia Los Angeles has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing eight stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
Sisanie started hosting middays on KIIS FM in July of 2007. A couple of years later, she added middays for sister station KHTS-Channel 933 in San Diego. During this time, Sisanie also had her own national show, which was heard on over 100 CHR iHeartMedia radio stations including major markets such as Y100/Miami and more. In October of 2015, Sisanie became the co-host for “On Air with Ryan Seacrest,” which is broadcasted on L.A.’s #1 Hit Music Station 102.7 KIIS FM weekday mornings in Los Angeles, CA and syndicated worldwide. In addition, Sisanie hosts her podcast, “Twinning with Sisanie.”
