Bristol Broadcasting launched Hip Hop “102.5/100.9 The Beat” in Paducah KY on December 26.
The stations are being heard on 570 WBMP Paducah (formerly WKYX) and translators 100.9 W265DZ Mayfield and 102.5 W273CH Paducah. 570/100.9 were previously part of the Conservative Talk “SuperTalk 94.3” network heard on 94.3 WKYX-FM Golconda IL and 1320 WNGO/105.9 W290DF Mayfield. W273CH previously rebroadcast Classic Hits 1450 WDXR along with 96.3 W242CX Paducah.
“The Beat” is carrying Compass Media Networks’ “DeDe In The Morning” and featuring sister “Electric 96.9” WDDJ morning host AJ Martin doing segments in other dayparts. Martin is also serving as Program Director.
