LHTC Media is expanding its holdings in Morgantown and Clarksburg WV with the acquisitions of Country “Froggy” 102.7 WGYE Mannington/Fairmont and 103.9 W280FF Morgantown and CHR “Hot 105.7” WHTI Salem/Clarksburg from Burbach of DE for $190,000.
LHTC, which began operating the stations via LMA, will add the stations to its cluster that includes Sports “The Mountaineer Ticket” 94.3 WRLF Fairmont and 920 WMMN Fairmont/95.7 W239CM Morgantown, Classic Hits “Buzz 98.3” 1490 WBKE Fairmont/W252EF Morgantown, and Variety Hits “100.9 Jack-FM” WZST Morgantown
Burbach retains the third member of the “Froggy” network in 92.7 WGIE Clarksburg and Sports “ESPN 1340” WXKX Clarksburg as well as their six stations in the Parkersburg market.
