Coloff Media is selling its three stations in Charles City IA to Yoni Becker and Hannah Achen’s Achen Becker Media for $1.15 million. Included in the deal are Country “95.1 The Bull” KCZE New Hampton, AC 95.9 KCHA-FM Charles City, and Oldies “Fabulous” 1580 KCHA/103.3 K277DM Charles City. Becker currently serves as Regional Content Director for Townsquare Media Cedar Rapids and Waterloo as ‘Johnny Marks’.

Polnet Communications sells Silent 1300 WRDZ La Grange/Chicago to Scott Davidson’s Rebel Chicago Radio for $30,000. Davidson will be responsible for all costs to build out new facilities for the station. He has operated the Heavy Metal “Rebel Radio” brand on multiple Chicago signals and is currently heard in Chicago’s northern suburbs on Polnet’s 1500 WPJX/92.5 W223CN Zion IL.

Malcom and Bailey Ervin’s MBE Studios will acquire Country 1340 KYCN/92.7 K224DT and AC “101.7 The Zoo” KZEW Wheatland WY from Kent Smith’s Smith Broadcasting for $425,000.

Tom and Desire Hoyt’s WCJW LLC agrees to acquire AC “V98.3” WVIN Bath NY from Tower Broadcasting for $126,600. The Hoyt’s are in the process of acquiring Country “CJ Country” 1140 WCJW Warsaw NY and its network of six translators. Tower retains Classic Country 1380 WABH/100.3 W262CX Bath.
