VCY America will enter South Bend IN with the purchase of Adult R&B “Mix 106.3” WUBU South Bend from John Dille III’s Partnership Radio for $420,000. Dille is a partner in the multiple license holding companies run as Federated Media in Northern Indiana, Kensington Digital Media in suburban Nashville, and serves on the Board of Directors of Hubbard Radio.
Educational Media Foundation will purchase Oldies 93.1 WEZW Wildwood Crest NJ from Equity Communications for $70,000. WEZW currently forms a trimulcast with 1340 WMID Atlantic City and 1230 WCMC Wildwood. Following the sale of WEZW and 102.3 WAIV Cape May, Equity will retain six stations in the Atlantic City/Cape May market.
Northeast Digital and Wireless’ Casper Radio Group sells Silent 104.5 KHAD Upton/Gilette WY to Breck Media Group Wyoming for $85,000. Breck owns three stations in the Casper market.

Beasley Media Group sells 101.9 W270CY Augusta GA to Radio Training Network for $300,000. W270CY, which currently rebroadcasts News/Talk 580 WGAC Augusta along with simulcaster 95.1 WGAC-FM Harlem, will be relocated to a new site and rebroadcast Christian AC 88.3 WAFJ Belvedere SC/Augusta.
Norsan Media will purchase 97.3 W247CF Orange Park/Jacksonville FL from Delmarva Educational Association for $400,000. Upon closing, W247CF will switch from rebroadcasting iHeartMedia’s Spanish News/Talk “ Acción 97.3” 930 WFXJ Jacksonville to Norsan Regional Mexican “La Raza 92.9” 970 WNNR Jacksonville, which is currently rebroadcast on 92.9 W225BI Stockade.
Centro Cristiano de Vida Eterna donates 91.5 K218EJ Houston TX to Houston Christian Broadcasters for no consideration. K218EJ will rebroadcast Spanish Christian “Radio Amistad” 1400 KHCB League City.
CSN International will acquire six translators from Pensacola Christian College for $60,900. The deal will include all of the equipment for each translator with the exception of the transmitter for each translator. The deal includes: 96.9 W245AN Milledgeville GA, 90.3 W212CO Kankakee IL, 91.3 W217AS Terre Haute IN, 88.7 W204BT Meridian MS, 89.5 K208GD Grand Island NE, and 88.9 W205BR Elmira NY. Each translator will rebroadcast CSN’s 89.9 KAWZ Twin Falls ID.
