The stunt coincides with Drake’s concerts in Phoenix next Tuesday and Wednesday with the station doing hourly contests to enter to win floor seats to his show and $1000.

Social media posts state, “It’s time to flip the POWER off.” Program Director/afternoon host J. Steele tells us, “It’s rare to feel POWER-less about something going on at my station,” but was unwilling to reveal any other details.
KKFR currently ranks 24th in the Phoenix market with a 1.8 share in the July 2023 Nielsen Audio ratings.
