Following the move of Dan ‘Huggie’ Amsden to mornings alongside ‘Natalie Kay’ Jansen and Brand Manager Corey Carter earlier this month, Midwest Communications CHR 101.1 WIXX Green Bay has promoted weekend host Andrew Haze to afternoon host from 2-6pm.

Haze, who graduated from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2021, has served as a fill-in and weekend host at WIXX since 2022. He also has been working as a Social & Digital Media Specialist for local digital marketing agency Viral Solutions. He stated, “It’s a dream come true. WIXX is such a legendary station with some of the greatest personalities. I’m honored to be a part of it. Let’s GOOOOO!!!”

Carter noted, “The first time we met Andrew we knew he was a special talent. His passion for radio, creativity, ability to run an entertaining, listener-intensive show as well as his social-media expertise will be a great asset for WIXX. We’re extremely excited and happy to have him on-board!”
