The Adrian Eddleman led Liberty Radio of Camden agrees to purchase Country “The Bee” 95.9 WRJB and 99.7 W259BN Camden TN from Lisa Richardson’s Community Broadcast Services for $140,000. An LMA took effect on April 25. Eddleman will own 34% of the new station group, Stewart Heath 33%, and Eagle Communications Inc. 33%. Eagle owns fellow “Bee” 95.3 WADI Corinth MS and 1400 WBIP/99.7 W259CP Boonville MS.
Faith Radio Network agrees to acquire 1430 WLTG Upper Grand Lagoon/101.7 W269DR Panama City FL from Laurie Broadcasting for $150,000. The buyer has been operating WLTG via Time Brokerage Agreement since August 2021 as Spanish Christian “Radio Fe” simulcasting 1070 WFRF Tallahassee. Faith Radio Network has applied to convert WLTG to a non-commercial license as it becomes their second station in Panama City joining Christian “Faith Radio” 1290 WPCF/93.1 W226CJ Panama City.
Sonshine Broadcasting Company sells Christian 1290 WKLB/104.5 W283AH Manchester KY to Word Broadcasting Network for $275,000. The buyer owns multiple stations in the Louisville market, while their President Robert Rodgers is the controlling owner of the seller.
