Visionary Related Entertainment is selling its six stations and seven translators on Maui to the Larry Fuss led Akamai Broadcasting of Hawaii LLC for $800,000.
Akamai will acquire the following stations in the deal:

- Adult Alternative 95.1 KAOI-FM Wailuku/96.5 K243BY Honokawai/97.7 K249EH Honokowa
- Hawaiian “Q103” 103.9 KNUQ Paauilo/103.3 K277AW Napili/103.3 K277AX Paia
- Classic Hits “Buzz 107.5” KHEI-FM Kihei
- News/Talk 1110 KAOI Kihei/96.7 K244AG Maui/98.7 K254CS Kihei
- Hawaiian “The Spirit” 1240 KEWE Kahului/97.9 K250CC Kihei
Fuss is Managing Partner of AC “Star 94.3” KHKU Hanapepe HI on the island of Kauai, while he and his partners also own stations in Arkansas and Mississippi operating under the Delta Radio banner and stations in American Samoa.
