Encouragement Media Group has purchased Christian AC “93.3 The Fish” KKSP Bryant/Little Rock AR from Salem Media Group for $1.55 million.
With an LMA starting on September 1, KKSP will rebrand as “93.3 KVNE” becoming the third market for the Christian AC brand based at 89.5 KVNE Tyler TX and also heard on 89.1 KVSE Blanchard/Shreveport LA moving to a non-commercial operation.
Encouragement Media Group President/CEO Troy Kriechbaum commented, “We are excited to continue the legacy of pointing people to Jesus that Salem’s 93.3 The Fish started nine years ago here in Little Rock. We look forward to building on what The Fish has done and are committed to partnering with local ministries to strengthen the community impact for Christ in Little Rock.”
Salem Media Group retains its three other brands in the Little Rock market: Christian Preaching “Faith Talk 99.5” KDIS-FM Little Rock, Conservative Talk “101.1 The Answer” KDXE Cammack Village, and Gospel “Rejoice” 1380 KZTS North Little Rock/103.3 K277DP Little Rock/105.5 K288EZ Little Rock.
