Will Nunley’s Nunley Media West Tennessee will purchase AC “Sunny 106.5” WLVS-FM Clifton TN from Gold Coast Broadcasting Company for $200,000 plus $86,829.74 in past-due LMA fees. Nunley also owns Country 101.3 WOPC Linden/1570 WMAK Lobelville TN and has operated WLVS-FM since 2018.
In three separate transactions, Robert and Martha Weaver will sell their properties in Indiana to Mark King. King will acquire Adams County Radio’s AC 92.7 WZBD Berne for $343,905.69, WPGW Inc.’s AC “PG 14” 1440 WPGW/105.3 W287BC and Country “J Country 100.9” WPGW-FM Portland IN for $996,873.40, and Jayland Radio’s non-commercial Classic Rock 91.7 WZJR Portland for $55,740.54.
Evan Stone, Marshall Bandy, and Chris Goforth’s Gordon County Radio will acquire “900 Country” WJTH Calhoun/101.7 W269CC Adairsville GA from Cherokee Broadcasting for $150,000.
Vic Michael’s Cedar Cove Broadcasting sells 88.1 KIHI Cheyenne to Bott Radio Networks’ Community Broadcasting Inc. for $100,000. Michael’s Mountain Community Translators separately sells 88.1 K201HM Laramie WY to Community Broadcasting for $25,000.
Eddie Rivera Hernández will purchase 1250 WJIT Sabana/101.3 W267DD Vega Baja PR from Aurio Arnaldo Matos Barreto for $300,000. WJIT simulcasts Christian 1350 WEGA Vega Baja.
