Kayla Yoder, Jason Bump and Jess Sandstrom’s BYS Solutions have purchased Country “KC 101.5” WDKC Covington/Mansfield and 97.1 W246AL Wellsboro PA from ‘Kevin Thomas’ Gluszczak’s Mid-Atlantic Broadcasting for $1,000 as the station founder seeks to retire after 30 years of running the station. The three buyers are longtime employees of the station with Sandstrom serving as General Manager and afternoon host, Bump as Production Manager, and Yoder as Station Manager. Bump and Yoder also host mornings.
After operating Red Dirt Country “105.1 Shooter-FM” KMIL Cameron TX via Time Brokerage Agreement since January 2024, Gary Moss has filed to purchase the station from Joseph Smitherman’s Centex Broadcasting for $330,000. Moss is also a partner in M&M Broadcasters’ and its stations in the Waco market.
Hope Media Group acquires 91.5 WTML Tullahoma TN from Nashville Public Radio for $35,000. WTML currently simulcasts Public News/Talk 90.3 WPLN-FM Nashville.

‘Mike Summers’ Gerdes’ Gerdes & Associates failed to close on its $150,000 purchase of 98.7 KHKM Hamilton/Missoula MT from Legacy Broadcasting bringing an end to the station’s AAA “98.7 The Hawk” format after four months and return of Legacy’s non-commercial “Today’s Christian Country” programming.
Majestic Mountain Broadcasting failed to close on its $185,000 acquisition of 92.1 WDIC Clinchco VA from Richard Edwards’ Dickenson County Broadcasting Corp. WDIC had gone Silent in February 2024 “for lack of financial viability” but resumed operations with unknown programming last month.
