K-Love Inc. is expanding its holdings in eastern Washington with the purchase of a pair of stations held by Thomas Read.
K-Love will purchase Christian Preaching “American Christian Network” 106.5 KSPO Dishman/Spokane from Read’s Liberty Broadcasting System and simulcaster 101.3 KGDN Pasco/Kennewick/Richland for $1.3 million.
Through other various holding companies Read retains ownership of 630 KTRW Opportunity/96.5 K243CG Spokane and 1050 KFIO Dishman/97.7 K249FF Spokane as well as 930 KYAK/96.1 K241CV Yakima and 810 KTBI/106.1 K291CS Ephrata WA.
K-Love Inc currently operates the Contemporary Worship “Air 1” network in the Spokane market on 101.9 KTSL Spokane, but not its flagship Christian AC “K-Love” network. In the Tri-Cities, K-Love is heard on rimshot 93.3 KRKL Walla Walla and translator 103.1 K276EU Kennewick.
