After announcing its purchase earlier this month, Matt Hart’s Hart Media Group LLC will pay $1,383,000 to acquire Randal Miller’s Miller Media Group.

The stations are Soft Oldies 95.9 WEZC Clinton and Farm News 1520 WHOW/92.3 W222BG Clinton and 106.5 W293DJ Normal in Clinton and News/Talk “The Big 870” WTIM Assumption and translators 96.1 W241CF Taylorville, 107.5 W298CD Shelbyville, and 107.9 W300EH Pana and Country 94.3 WMKR Pana, Classic Hits “Groovy 97.3” WRAN Taylorville, Oldies “Cruisin 98.3” WSVZ Tower Hill, Country “New Country 104.1” W281BO Taylorville/WMKR-HD2, and Oldies “96.5 The Chill” W243DN Taylorville/WMKR-HD3 in Taylorville.
After agreeing to purchase its translator 92.5 W223CH Lancaster PA in December for $200,000, Four Rivers Community Broadcasting will purchase 1490 WRKY Lancaster from Forever Media for $15,000. The buyer will begin operating WRKY as part of its Christian AC “Word FM” network via Time Brokerage Agreement upon closing of the translator sale. WRKY/W223CH both currently simulcast Classic Rock “Rocky 98.5” WYCR York-Hanover.

Hope Christian Church of Marlton sells 98.3 W252BR Edgemere and 102.3 W272BJ Baltimore MD to Chris Roth’s Chesapeake Media Partners for $75,000. W252BR will rebroadcast Victory Media of Maryland’s 1430 WNAV Annapolis, while W272BJ will rebroadcast Radio Broadcast Communications’ 970 WAMD Aberdeen.
Christian Broadcasting of Portsmouth donates 95.3 W237FM Portsmouth/Norfolk VA to Friendship Cathedral Family Worship Center. W237FM rebroadcasts the donees 1400 WPCE Portsmouth.
Pearson Broadcasting of Goshen sells 95.3 K237GR Johnson/Fayetteville AR to Jesus Gabriel Hernandez’s Maxx Media Radio LLC for $65,000. The translator will rebroadcast the buyer’s “La Maxxima” 1290 KUOA Siloam Springs/103.1 K276CO Fayetteville.
