Zimmer Communications has announced it has added Kira Kathleen as APD/afternoon host at CHR “Y107” KTXY and evening host at Country “Clear 99” KCLR Columbia MO.

Kira most recently hosted afternoons at Cumulus AC “Warm 98.5” WRRM Cincinnati until exiting in the company’s November 2024 layoffs. She has joined WRRM from co-hosting mornings at Cumulus’ “Cat Country 96” WCTO Allentown PA from 2022-24. Kira began her career in her native Las Vegas where she worked in promotions for Audacy Las Vegas and on-air at Hot AC “Mix 94.1” KMXB and CHR 98.5 KLUC, was a Sales Assistant for Lotus Communications and hosts the “Finding My Perfect Awkward” podcast.

Kira commented, “I am thrilled to join the Zimmer Communications team! The culture and values at Zimmer are second to none, and I am excited to further learn and grow in the industry.”
