Audacy’s “Rock 105” 105.5 WRXR-FM Rossville GA/Chattanooga TN is moving to 103.7 on Friday, May 23 at 12pm.
The move will displace CHR “103.7 Kiss-FM” WKXJ Walden. That station will move in reverse to 105.5, as both frequencies have filed to swap call letters. The move will place the Rock format on the stronger signal as 103.7 is a Class C3 with 25kW/89m, while 105.5 is a Class A with 5.3kW/106m.
WRXR-FM ranked eight in the March 2025 Nielsen Audio ratings with a 2.9 share. WKXJ was tenth with a 2.7 share, but trailing well behind Bahakel Broadcasting’s “Hits 96.5” WDOD-FM fourth ranked 6.0 share.
