August 14, 2025

Jox 100.5 WJQX Helena TuscaloosaCumulus Media has consolidated all of its Sports stations in Alabama under the “Jox” brand originating at 94.5 WJOX-FM Birmingham.

The national ESPN Radio programming moved to 690 WJOX Birmingham replacing Fox Sports Radio.

All of the “Jox” stations carry “Morning Jox” with Conrad Van Order and Damian Mitchell from 6-7am, Greg McElroy and Cole Cubelic from 7-10am, and “3 Man Front” featuring Pat Smith, Landrum Roberts, Conrad Van Order and Molly Robinson from 10am to 2pm.

WUMP features The Jim Rome Show from 2-5pm, The Johnny Ballpark Franks Show from 5-7pm, and Infinity Sports Radio at night. WMSP continues to carry the Chuck Oliver Show from 2-4pm and Infinity in other timeslots. WJOX-FM carries ESPN’s Paul Finebaum Show in afternoons and ESPN Radio programming in evenings.
