Salem State University has surrendered the license of 91.7 WMWM Salem MA. The station has been silent since February due to a malfunctioning transmitter.
Pines Broadcasting has requested the cancellation of 1430 KHBM/98.9 K255AM Monticello and 860 KWRF/92.5 K223BM Warren AR. No reason was given as the company retains its four FMs in the area.

I would guess Lotus is eliminating the third tower which is in the middle of a self-storage location about 500′ through housing where the other two sticks are. Loss of lease? New cell tower?
