After three years as part of the “Booker, Alex & Audrey” morning show at Audacy Hot AC “Mix 94.7” KAMX Luling/Austin TX, Audrey Allen is departing the station at the end of the week to return to her native Dallas.

Allen joined KAMX in October 2022 after serving as an intern for YEA Networks’ Kidd Kraddick In The Morning.

Allen told listeners, “I am going to be leaving and going home to Dallas. When the opportunity to do so came around I realized that it was never something I would have sought out leaving here because I am so happy here and everyone means so much to me. I just think its right for me after all the things I’ve gone through the past three years is to go home and to be in that community although I have one here, I feel like being around family and friends I grew up with will make me stronger and make me thrive more in life.”
