Brokered Programming Frequency Shift In Jacksonville

Mega 105.3 WJSJ North Florida Progressive Talk 105.7 WHJX Tama Jacksonville 1010 XL WJXL 92.5 WFJO

Scott Savage, the receiver overseeing the former Tama Broadcasting stations has shuffled the programming at its three stations in the Jacksonville, FL market.

The Spanish CHR format “La Mega” shifts from 105.7 WHJX to 105.3 WJSJ, while the Progressive Talk format on 105.3 shifts to 105.7.

105.3, licensed to Fernandina Beach covers the northern portions of Jacksonville, while 105.7 in Baldwin, FL serves the western portions of the market. At one point the two stations, along with 105.5 WSJF in St. Augustine were involved in a trimulcast rimshotting Jacksonville from all sides.

Sister 92.5 WFJO Folkston, GA, which is preparing to move to Jacksonville Beach has dropped its simulcast of Seven Bridges Radio’s Sports “1010 XL” WJXL. It is now Gospel as “Joy 92.5“.
