Former iHeartMedia Chicago Region President Matt Scarano is joining Beasley Media Detroit as VP/Market Manager.
Scarano led iHeart Chicago from 2014 until exiting in the company’s November 2024 layoffs. He began his career with multiple sales roles in the Atlanta market from 1992 to 2009 before first relocating as Director of Sales for then-Clear Channel Chicago. He would return to Atlanta to lead iHeart’s cluster as Market President from 2012 until moving back to Chicago in 2014.

Current VP/Market Manager Patti Taylor, who has led Beasley Detroit since June 2023, will return to the VP/Sales position she held from 2013 until then.
