Entravision has announced the promotion of Mark Boelke to Chief Operating Officer along with the concurrent exit of former President/CEO Jeffery Liberman.
Boelke has been with Entravision since 2005 rising from Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs to General Counsel and Secretary in 2006 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2024.
Liberman had served as President/COO of Entravision since 2017. He joined the company in 2000 when they acquired his Latin Communications Group that owned 17 radio stations at the time. He would become President of Entravision’s radio division rose to COO in 2012.
In an SEC filing, Entravision said, “On February 19, 2026, Entravision Communications Corporation (the “Company”) terminated the employment of Jeffery Liberman, President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Subject to the execution of a release, Mr. Liberman will be entitled to certain remuneration, rights and benefits associated with a termination of a “Group II executive” without “cause” (as each term is defined in the Company’s Executive Severance and Change in Control Plan, previously filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 17, 2023). Mr. Liberman is not entitled to any severance payments beyond what is set forth in the Company’s Executive Severance and Change in Control Plan, as modified by that amendment letter between the Company and Mr. Liberman, which was previously filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 7, 2025.”
